The 2016-2017 Velocity Vortex season was our first year participating in FIRST Tech Challenge as a team. We learned a tremendous amount about FIRST organization, its vision, and the ethos of FIRST. We were truly amazed by the collaboration and the support system that is embodied in the FIRST culture. Oh, and we had a classroom style learning (lol, only the first few days though!).
