2022-23 Power Play
The theme of this game is energy. Teams build a robot that picks up cones from substation and scores it onto the junction poles. There are different levels of junctions with verying heights and scoring cones on taller junctions earn more points. Our favorite game element of this season is the beacon.

Inspire Award 3rd Place: This judged award is given to the team that best embodies the ‘challenge’ of the FIRST Tech Challenge program, is a strong ambassador for FIRST programs, and shares their experiences, enthusiasm and knowledge with other teams, sponsors, their community, and the judges. Working as a unit, this team will have shown success in performing the task of designing and building a robot. Received at VA Charottesville qualifier.
